| The Lakefront Sauna is on the shore of Lake Kuortane, close to the Sports Hotel. Out from the saunas, step to the verandas to cool off and for a swim in the lake. The Lakefront Sauna was built in 1990 and it includes two separate saunas, dressing rooms and a fireplace room. The saunas have electric stoves, and the steam rooms each fit 10 to 15 persons at a time. The saunas also have separate showers and washing facilities.
The fireplace room has a table for 22 persons, and if you count in the footstools and rocking chairs by the window, there’s room for up to 40 persons. The fireplace room can also be reserved as a conference room or meeting space in the daytime. The sauna has full rights to dispense alcohol, and a there’s even a sauna menu for ordering food or snacks in advance.
