Feel Good Days in Kuortane Sports Resort

A total sports package, giving you the chance to get away from the day-to-day life and get to know different kinds of sports, all the while experiencing the joy of exercise and feeling good!

The days start off at noon in the fresh outdoors, in keeping with the season and the group’s preferences. Next up is some ball sports (badminton/floorball) and muscular fitness with barbell exercises, after which it's time to move on to aquajogging and recovering in the hot tubs, followed by dinner. The second day begins – after breakfast, of course – with getting acquainted with the BOSU ball and FLEXI-BAR, and after lunch, it's time for some bowling. Feel-good stretching and relaxation end the programme, and before heading home, it’s time for a farewell coffee!

The Kuortane Sports Resort is a centre for well-being and leisure, offering quality services topped with excellent surroundings and know-how. The resort is located by the Lake Kuortane, giving our visitors a chance to enjoy the beauty of Finnish nature.
